Service Description

The DOT 5-Panel Drug Test (Federal/Regulated) for urine adheres to the drug testing standards outlined in the Department of Transportation's (DOT) rule 49 CFR Part 40. This test is specifically designed for individuals in safety-sensitive roles regulated by the Department of Transportation. It identifies all regulated analytes at DOT-specified cutoffs and is conducted at a SAMHSA-certified laboratory. As a laboratory-based examination, this panel comprises a routine screening for each drug class, along with any necessary confirmation tests. Typically, most drugs remain detectable in urine for around three days after the latest use or exposure. A positively confirmed outcome for a drug or drug metabolite serves as evidence of use or exposure within that specific timeframe. Our specimen collectors are specially trained and qualified in accordance with the Department of Transportation's requirements. TEST DETAILS This Urine Drug Test (5‐Panel) checks for the presence of 5 drug metabolites including: Amphetamine/Methamphetamines Marijuana Cocaine Opiates Phencyclidine.
